Charlotte, We want to thank you for taking the time to answer our survey. Your feedback helps us bring attention to areas of need in our community. We too notice inconsistency regarding our couriers making deliveries and continue to work with them to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. We give approved couriers access to enter the gate and a community map to deliver any packages that don't fit into the Parcel Pending lockers. We have recently been working with Amazon to install an "Accountability system" for their drivers, and look forward to further improvement. Please let us know if there is anything specifically we can do to assist you in getting your packages. As an example, you could leave a delivery note that specifies "leave with office staff" and we could notify you once we receive any packages for you. Thank you Charlotte!

The hallways and stairs are so dirty. They need to be cleaned.

At this point with the lack of ability to have guests, no gym access, and tiny parking spots i would say no i do not recommend this place.

I feel that, while the upscale living environment justifies a portion of the premium we pay on rent, the apartment location is subpar, there are lots of families (with loud kids) throughout the complex, and highly unreasonable parking expectations. I get the feeling that LMC wants to make a penny off of me at every chance they get rather than focusing on the quality of my experience here.

I love our apartment and the amenities! I would hesitate just because some other tenants do not follow property rules like cleaning up after their pets or throwing things off of their balconies.

the community is always kept so clean and nice. I moved here in June and thought for sure by now there would be trash and dog poop left all around. that is not the case. Even when someone did make a mess in the community area with spilled soda cans, by the next day it had all been cleaned up. And not by the people who spilled it I'm sure. Same thing with someone leaving trash in the parking lot. The next day it was all cleaned up and looking beautiful again.

I would hesitate to recommend the facility because of the difficult parking situation and the children who are often unsupervised in the common areas and misuse the coffee machine and gym equipment. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place and has lots of potential.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your difficulties with parking. What I’ve learned in my experience is, in communities like ours there is usually no parking plan that accommodates each resident perfectly. The decision to assign all spaces and make the additional rentable was a tough one to make – but in the end it had been promised to so many residents since our community opened, we felt it was the best opportunity we had to live up to some of those promises.

We additionally, will continue to address any minors seen in the common areas unsupervised.
