I was sorry to hear the hallway and stairs have not been upkept to your standards, and have submitted a service request to address the cleanliness level, and ensure our service and janitorial teams are routinely monitoring them. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your difficulties with parking. What I’ve learned in my experience is, in communities like ours there is usually no parking plan that accommodates each resident perfectly. The decision to assign all spaces and make the additional rentable was a tough one to make – but in the end it had been promised to so many residents since our community opened, we felt it was the best opportunity we had to live up to some of those promises.
We additionally, will continue to address any minors seen in the common areas unsupervised.
