Its pricey and the lease renewal has been increased 4 of our nearly 6 years of living here. Id include that information as well as the positive reasons for living here. You need to know if your monies can handle the lease increases.

The community was located on the outskirts of Clovis in a clean and quiet neighborhood close to freeway 168. A 55 and older community, the lovely property offers one, two and three bedroom apartments and/or townhomes and is pet-friendly. Amenities include a swimming pool/spa area, a clubhouse with resident events, a fitness center, a dog park and even an onsite beauty salon. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was large in size and had some nice features. The community was pleasant and had nice resident activities. The leasing professional was friendly and gave a detailed presentation.

The community amenities struck me as appealing, the latest and greatest. The upkeep of common areas throughout the community was notable. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was comfortable, sincere and natural.The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and interests was adequate tailored to an extent but also general in nature. What the community offered in exchange for the price was tolerable, not the best value but it might work.

The curb appeal of the property was very nice with greenery, a fountain, and lots of blooming flowers. I was not able to meet with a leasing professional when I arrived for my appointment.
