It is very quiet. There is some noise from the adjoining neighbor, but not bad. The location of my unit is perfect and avoids street noise.

Most residence are easy to get along with and friendly.

The community was really nice but the staff needed to be more alive when potential residents stopped by. Needed to show more interest on showing the property regardless if no apartment was available to show.

I would as we have a quiet,safe environment with nice and friendly tenants. Activities of your choice to attend.

Not only have I recommended The Fountains to others but one of my daughters has also suggested The Fountains to interested parties.

Other than the leasing agent lacking some knowledge of the community and apartment, he was very friendly and helpful. Touring the property was a very positive experience. The grounds, office, community amenities, and the apartment were all immaculate and had beautiful high-end finishes. The floor plan was user-friendly and the rooms felt spacious. The square footage of the apartment was a great deal for the rent charged. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained and it was nice to also have a private patio with the apartment. If I moved into the property I would feel like I was living in luxury for a very affordable price!

My experience was very pleasing. The community was very clean, well maintained and attractive. The Leasing Agent was very polite and had an energetic personality.

This is a lovely senior community with many amenities.

The community amenities were extraordinary and cutting edge. The upkeep of the common areas was flawless with meticulous care and attention to detail. The way the home and community were presented by the leasing professional was personable and tailored to my needs. Based on my experience, the thought of calling the community home was likely.

This was a beautiful community, however it was at the higher end of my budget.

The community had turf grass, which was the most unique and appealing aspect. I liked that there was not any upkeep required to the landscaping and this included the apartment patio areas.

This was a lovely community for residents 55+. It was located close to the 168 freeway, as well as many shops and restaurants on Fowler/Herndon. There were several floor plans to choose from, ranging from a one bedroom, one bathroom, to a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome. All of the apartment homes come with washer/dryer connections, ceiling fans in each bedroom, granite counter tops, and ample storage spaces. Amenities included a fully equipped clubhouse, a 24 hour fitness center, swimming pool spa/area with gas grill, and heated outdoor shower, and the community even boasts it's very own hair salon. This was a terrific community for anyone 55 or older looking for the right place to call their new home.

This community features wonderful amenities, and the apartments were extremely spacious. The staff was remarkable.

I would really consider living here. The amenities are outstanding, other then shopping everything you need is right at your finger tips.
