The windows are outdated. Do not keep heat out and summer electric bill is outrageous

My family is Canadian. None of them rent. If they did, I would advise them not to rent in a big complex. There isn't much of that renting style back home, and I'm always afraid now of added fees upon move out as there are few rental safe guards for tenants. Also not very personable to rent from a big corporation; this is the one part I dislike most as we had 2 prior USA rental experiences where our deposit was not fully refunded upon exit as it should have been. You would never see that in Canada - we call it a damage deposit, not a cleaning fee for basic cleaning... we're good tenants. Quite. Pay on time. Clean. We should never have to pay on exit but in America we do. Too culturally different than back home. I would tell my family to rent a home from a person.

I would recommend because its affordable and for the most part quiet neighborhood and well managed.

The grounds are well maintained, the staff is always helpful and they are all very likeable.

The staff was outstanding and the community was very clean.

I would/have recommended this apartment community for the rates for rent and the fact that this is one of the only complexes that accepts our pets.

Safe environment, quite, peacefull.

Management does not seem to care who is renting their apartments. They are not monitoring the use of pools and closing times. Children damage property often.

This is the only complex that is not income based so it's all the rest of us have to live in.

Like I said prices are steep to me... but thats my opinion. Other than that it’s cool.

The community offered a spacious two bedroom floor plan. Every room of the apartment was spacious. The extra laundry room was a plus. The community amenities were attractive. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.
