Some family members have the apt life style and willow lakes will suit them just fine.

Not enough parking spaces near my apartment every night. I have to park far away from my apartment. No light near my apartment. I have to walk in dark.

A nice community with a professional and personable staff.

Overall the community was well maintained and seemed to be a good value for the amenities that were offered. The pool and fitness room were modern. The sports courts were nice, but not something I would personally use. The clubhouse was very small. The apartments were nice sized and offered a choice of laundry hookups or a laundry room. The leasing agent was friendly and focused on me. Her presentation was somewhat geared toward me, but also a general overview tour. I would likely recommend to others looking in the area.

The office staff and maintenance workers are all very nice people who always responds to any request I have. The buildings and lawns are all well kept and I have had some great neighbors.

The apartment complex renovations are satisfactory which includes the painting and asphalt. I think the laundry machines could be better.

I would not recommend this community to friends or family.

The process of paying the utilities is not helping one to save.. there are fees to pay ones bill online. There should not be a fee to pay a bill.

The community contained unique amenities, such as a tennis and volleyball court, as well as multiple swimming pools that made it appealing and better than comparable communities. The rooms and closets in the apartments were spacious.

Too much money for what we get

The staff was professional and the community a very desirable place to call home.

Paying high rent for the quality and upkeep of these units is not if equal value

The major downfall are the AC units that do not work properly or are not strong enough to cool the apartment. I really wish the AC units worked like the one in the office.

I would because it's a fairly good place to live. Plus it's the only option in Corcoran. Unless one qualifies for low income rentals.
