Overall my experience was enjoyable, and I felt I was dealing with a person who was generally concerned for my needs. He came across as honest and reasonable, and in todays day in age it is hard to friend good customer service. The leasing agent provided good customer service, and I walked away pleased with the experience

I mentioned a concern about the noise level coming from children, and I genuinely felt that the leasing professional showed concern for my concern. She asked if I preferred a top floor apartment, which showed me she was really trying to get me into an apartment that would suit me and make me happy living there.

The leasing professional's strong points were knowledge of the property and management of the property. She also was chatty, but professional and excellent with rapport. She stayed focused on my needs and how the apartment could be just what I wanted.

I love living at Le Provence. It is beautiful and the staff is is so nice :)
