The community offers a spacious two-bedroom floor plan that comes with all of the kitchen appliances and a garage. The vaulted ceilings add a nice touch. The community amenities are appealing and include a beautiful clubhouse. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is very good. The apartment is of good quality and the complex landscape is very beautiful. It's generally quiet and clean. And the management team is excellent.

Very limited parking. Small details overlooked by team turning units (light fixtures crooked, ceiling fan loose, waterproofing of sliding door, etc.) Also do not like the AC upstairs: feels like little to no air comes out into either bedroom.

Too expensive to be as dated as it is. Grounds are very nice but old, cheap appliances and inefficient heating and cooling are a drawback.

I would recommended mostly due to location and because the property is gated. Well,,,,somewhat gated.
