It was a real joy to visit the Park Ridge. The location was perfectly nested and they had awesome amenities. The rents were fair and it was a quiet community with a lot to offer.The leasing professional was terrific. A true gem in the Manco Abott portfolio. I would recommend this community to anyone.

It was a clean and quiet gated community located in Northeast Fresno, adjacent to Woodward Park. Apartments were spacious and came with washer/dryer and new plank flooring. The community was pet friendly and staff was accommodating and professional.
