Would for dog friendliness. Would not for dog feces throughout my apartment and package room.

Very nice neighborhood, great management and maintenance, apartments and grounds are well maintained, no unruly neighbors, lived here 13 years, definitely a place I call home!

I enjoy living here, but feel for the price of rent safety and residents following lease rules should be a high priority.

Would its a very centric place close to anything you need and a awesome recreational area like Woodward park.

Not worth the excessive cost to live here

Beautiful complex, however there are a lot of smokers that live here.

While it is a nice area and haven't had too many challenges, the ones that I have had, do not truly met what defines "luxury" - 1. Finding 8 mice within two weeks - having to set traps, cleaning up as they were eating our food and defecating in the shelves and counters. We were very concerned about the unsanitary conditions of our home. While it was resolved, having those mice was very disgusting and repulsive. Secondly, the power outlets were not set up correctly in one of the rooms. When you plug something in, the power goes out elsewhere. I've had to call maintenance several times. I should be able to plug in outlets without having to call maintenance.

This community is clean and seems to be a family friendly community. The have friendly staff and outstanding amenities.

This is an older property in a nice residential area.

This is a clean and attractive community located close to Friant Road and Woodward Park. Close to freeway 41 this is terrific location. One, two and three bedroom apartments are available and all come with plenty of storage and washer/dryer. Amenities include a resort style swimming pool/spa area, a state of the art fitness center, covered parking, package acceptance room and after hours courtesy patrol. This community is also pet friendly. Staff is accommodating and professional.

It was a wonderfully maintained community. There was so much green and sunshine, it was lovely and I could see myself and my family living there.
