The community is very friendly and safe, I love how pet friendly they are but I wish they would upgrade the dog park and make it bigger and add more shade and seating.

My beginning experience at Park Ridge was a positive one. I enjoyed the staff and Esteban is AMAZING! He is always so helpful and makes himself available for after hours emergency maintenance. He really goes above and beyond to help. After a year and a half living at Parkridge, I felt like my needs (not maintenance, but other needs) were pushed aside and not marked as a priority.

The grounds are nice, the units (especially the updated units) are cozy and presentable. I've had less than satisfactory experiences when I've been promised privacy screens (still don't have them), repaired appliances, and other little things that have been left undone after my requests. Sometimes things are handled quickly and efficiently, and at other times thingd are left to be desired.

Management is Amazing. Love the light of all the big windows,
and the quality of materials and appliances in the apartment, the faux wood vinyl flooring a big plus. Friendly safe community. Tiffani in the office, makes all the difference in the world. Shes wonderful, and deserves a raise! :-). Shes so kind, smart and helpful. I Love all the trees and the park, the pool facilities, package room. The trees here make it very special to be here, along with the windows and patios.
