The community was nicely situated, just south of the downtown area. It was in proximity to dining, coffee shops and a large shopping center. It was close to transportation, such as freeways and future light rail. The customer service of the leasing professional was also excellent, especially in demonstrating the apartment features and overall amenities.

This is a newer, modern community. It has everything a person could want for a very competitive price. It is close to city activities and appears to be the place to be.
