I was extremely pleased with the leasing agent and the property. The amenities went above my expectations.

It was a contemporary community in a great location near restaurants, shopping and highways. It was well maintained and managed.

The community was very clean. The property took great pride in upkeep. Everything was in working order.

Overall, the experience was positive but nothing extraordinary. I felt the community was lacking in the size of the amenities, and the layout of the pool was not attractive to me. I felt a sense of isolation about the location. I was turned off by the parking policy and the requirement that friends and visitors must park on the street. The actual layout of the apartments and the finishes in the apartment were very attractive.

The leasing professional was very enthusiastic and personable. She did a very good job building rapport. She used positive feedback constantly. She did an excellent job showing off a lovely community.

Personally I found the two members of the staff that I met very professional. The on-site leasing professional was very personable, which was a great plus. The community itself, along with the clubhouse, was very well designed and this would be my number one reason for moving into these apartments.
