I was unimpressed from the beginning of my experience at this community. The other main pool area located at the leasing office was in great shape as well as the area with table and chairs that overlooked the water. If I did not go any further than the leasing office you might consider this a decent place to live.

I thought the community was very nice. The model was fantastic. I had a great first impression of the unit and community. My concern was not seeing an actual model or apartment of the unit that would be available when I needed it. The outside of the building did appear to be dated.

The community was standard,the bedrooms appeared small to me. The closet doors in the bedroom, kitchen and hallways need to be updated.

When I cannot find my way easily to my future apartment it makes me feel like each time I have someone coming to my house for the first time i have to go to the same repetition over and over again. The signage clearly direct customers to the community with no problem and I like that. I also like the community friendly atmosphere and their very responsive staff.

The management staff was warm and inviting. They made me feel comfortable and allowed me to really see myself living within the community. The community was well maintained and appealing. Overall, the community should be on anyone's short list of places to call home.

I would tell my friends and family about this community. The location was great. The community was located right across the street from restaurants and shops. It was also only ten minutes from the beach and really close to the highway. The staff that I encountered was very nice and comforting.

The community was pretty old, but they tried to keep it upgraded. The apartments needed some improvement. The bathrooms were rusted and old. The doors were also old. The presentation by the Leasing Professional was nice. He was very polite and professional.
