A variety of leasing terms made it easy to fit within a budget, and it was evident that the leasing company valued its residents by the community events offered. The Leasing Professional was engaging and interested in all of my needs, and it was important for him to find me an apartment with a great view without having to charge me a higher rate. He made sure to invite me to lease but did not put pressure on me. I would recommend the community because the customer service was personable, my needs were met, and the value for the amenities and features was good.

Advenir La Costa was a work in progress. The apartments were older, but being completely remodeled.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and personality of both of the agents that I encountered during my visit to this community. I would find it somewhat difficult to commit to a unit here without seeing a fully renovated apartment. I find it a bit off-putting to be shown what is considered a model that is so very out of date and in need of work.
