I wouldn’t recommend it anymore because the quality has been going down. Need to pay more attention to cleanliness and make people follow the rules.

I did refer a friend and she a horrible experience. She actually broke her lease and I felt so bad. Management was aware did not credit her.

The tent is extremely high for a 1-1. There are similar units being sold for much less than what I pay and I have lived here for three years.

Awesome community

I would not recommend this apartment community because there are not rules applied in place when it comes to noise pollution, cleanliness (there is still a pandemic) and office management. Noise pollution is driven from residents who like to use big speakers at swimming pool area from noon till 11 at night. Cleanliness of grill, swimming area, hallways and stairwells are also troubling. I emailed and called the office and even the security for noises, i never received a resolution for it. The walls of this apartment community are not supported with soundproofing. We can hear all of the noises, especially at the swimming pool facing units.(which are highly expensive)

The slamming of the entrance doors. You can hear it from the bedroom and feel it. Which disturb your sleep or even just watching TV in the living room. People slam the doors at all hours of the nigh and day. I'm starting to think, they are doing it on purpose. Also its neighbor who stays in a different building, but parks his car right by my window. the car is soooooo loud, its wakes my up every morning around 4ish. Needs to be address. I know I'm not the only one who hears it.

It is very noisy! It feels as if it was cheaply made and if you are not the top level then you just have people stomping all over you head at all hours of the night. We have had two different upstairs neighbors and we can hear everything! Even just them talking. Terrible
