The apartment is beautiful, clean and the grounds are kept nicely, the staff are friendly and amazing, but the parking situation is a disaster. My brand new car has been banged up badly 3 Times just being parked and if you arrive home after 10 pm, good luck trying to find parking. Also, I live on the 3rd floor and Iâm not a loud person or have little kids around or throw any parties, yet my neighbors downstairs are constantly complaining about the noise from my TV or when we walk. If you live here, you have to understand that it is apartment living and you will hear noise so if that bothers you, then renting or buying a house should be something to consider.

I would not recommend. Doesnât feel like a complex. It feels like iâm at a hotel resort. Thereâs tourists everyday, thereâs random trash and litter, drunk people etc. I want to say the pool is nice but nothing works out there to give it an entertainment aspect.

Excellent maintenance staff. Never met nicer guys. They truly are one of a kind. Especially Abe and Nelvin. The front office staff are amazing and always personable and friendly whenever I drop by. Love the complex and the environment here.

We love our apartment unit itself. The only âwould notâ is the proximity to the highway, but itâs not the apartment complexâs fault that the state added the extra lane. However, we havenât felt like noise has been a problem, and we owe good construction for that.

The office staff is not caring and rude. The buildings are never cared for and the front lawns not maintained and full of dog poop EVERYWHERE!!!
