I would caution anyone moving in here that it is not well insulated so you may be awakened in the night by your neighbors or have to listen to their loud sound systems or pets at any time of day or night.

people above me make alot of noise right through the day and through the nite, u can never find parking cause other tenants have cars the dont use and have it parked with covers on it

See all of the aforementioned listed reasons. I pay way too much money to have such a low standard of security. Also, whoever designed these apartments must have been high. Putting light switches behind doors? Really?

Paying for a gated commuity and not getting delivered what was promised is a turn off. I had had solicitors knocking on my doors too many times for a gated community.
We do apologize for the inconvenience of the gate. We had the vendor out today assessing the situation in so they could order necessary parts for repair. They have put us back on schedule for Monday/Tuesday of next week to come out and make the necessary repairs.
