The rent is overpriced now, the aum utility company is too high and the parking is ridiculous forcing one to pay more for a parking space

Would: Because it's safe, I feel safe. It's clean, the maintenance team is prompt, honest and respectful. The office staff is helpful, friendly and receptive to your needs.I don't have a "Wouldn't".

I would recommend it, because it's a great place to live. I would also suggest that they check out some of the cheaper options nearby, though. The Reserve at Beachline is very expensive!

As a resident, it is imperative that you can afford the monthly rent to excel in your commitment of having your rent on time. However, you care about moving into a place where the exterior is well kept, a place where you know your surroundings are safe, that you can have amenities that will offer a nice environment and a place that you know will always provide the support of a professional leasing staff that is there to help you. The community gave me that overall impression. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. The leasing professional was very professional, well dressed, and presented herself very well. She provided all the details about features of the apartments and community including prices and fees of rentals. She talked very nicely about the community and neighborhood itself. She also provided a follow up call about an hour later after I left to clarify on a specific price on one of the models.
