Since we have a high rent I suggest that we should have assigned parking, no matter if we don't pay for it at least one. The maintenance is excellent and the personel are excelent too. The office employees sometimes are very rude mostly with the kids and teenagers.

Parking is a big issue in this community. I don't think other residents are considerate of others. There are cars without resident parking status that are parked for days in the designated resident spots, even at the time to find a spot late at night. Visitor parking are ocupied we have two cars and are alway have to be outside but there are cars that don't belong here. Everything else is great except for parking!

This is by far the friendliest community I have ever lived in. The leasing agents still care and know their residence and have the goal to make it a place that is a home, not a 1 year commitment.

Move pet poop bins away from side walk where everyone has to walk by and smell it. Put lighting around track for night walking.

The grounds are very well maintained. The Reserve continues to add landscaping, improving the look even more. The staff is responsive to any issues that arise. Good job.

The apartment community manager Kathy and Mindy are great at resolving concerns. The issues are during the weekends Hedy does not react to anything. The maintenance guy ties up car wash by washing multiple cars, pool sometimes isn't open when hours posted begin, bathrooms inside often smell of dirty diapers, parties @ grill and at pool which hinder others from using. This weekend behavior hurts communities overall rating.
