Our area has been listed as one of the most overpriced in the country when it comes to rent, when I recommend they need to be aware that the rent is pretty high. Supply and demand I guess.

The people who live at Cityside are warm and welcoming. Cityside provides an environment where it is easy to meet people and feel you are part of a community.

Cityside is a community. Much of that credit goes to the owners, management and staff. Saturday morning breakfast and many of the events with drink and food is outstanding and may be the only rental community that can make that claim. We have every opportunity to meet other residents and build friendships.

Safe, secure, well-built, well-managed and maintained, very clean, a very pleasant community (internal and external) and safe secure covered convenient parking, a very nice pool area and lounges and thoughtful amenities. In a vibrant walkable location.
