The clean lobby, amenities like 24 hour gym and meticulously maintained pool area and grounds, the 24 hour security , walking distance to downtown and grocery store, quiet atmosphere.

The only gripe I have about the building is overall aesthetic maintenance of the hallway walls (some smears, scuffs, smudges from people moving in/out), and ease of exit into the garage through the magnetic locking doors. Also, there is a lot of dog excrement around the building in the mulch, as well as in the dog park area.

I would recommend it because if you want privacy you can have it or you can do the community events and use the amenities to be social. It's great to have both options.
