This community was in an appealing area near Perimeter Mall. There were trees and nature around the community. The Leasing Professional was professional and friendly. I liked the community amenities. The layout of the two bedroom was spacious and open.

The property is very well manicured and kept. The staff I encountered all appeared very nice and helpful, the apartment is up to date and the amenities are very good. The community is centrally located; close to shopping and restaurants.

The property is in a great location; near the trains, malls hospital and schools.

The leasing agent was very professional and seemed eager to help me to find the right apartment.

beware, while the society may offer the good resident experience, OnePoint Technologies, who bills for utility and water, charges abruptly, without taking actual reading, and when you complain, they wont listen.

The property was very conveniently located to major roadways, shopping, businesses, entertainment and dining. Outside the gates was a mall. The community was very clean and attractive. The apartments had a home-like look and feel, with interesting features. The staff was very delightful to be around and they were professional.

everything is amazing about the community except that we don't have a chldrens paly area and a place to chill out for elders

Good apartments but expensive

I recommend these apartments. I recently moved here and am fully satisfied with the apartment, maintenance, proximity to MARTA and all other amenities. Front Desk ladies are really helpful and with good smile. Pest control maintains their schedule if requested. One problem is there are no non-smoking apartments. I stay in second floor and my neighbors and people below smoke so I cannot open by balcony for most of the time. I cannot blame them but its the management that has to designate non-smoking smoking buildings. But If I keep the door shut then no complaints for smoking.
Of all the apartments I have been in the past 12 years this is the best.

Peaceful and Safe

very poor complex when comparing pricing. The apartments have shoddy remodeling, and have been remodeled to the bare minimum in places that draws a prospective tenants eye (kitchen/ fixtures) but other areas are very much lacking (windows / walls / floors).

Based on my experience this is a below average complex.

The service was friendly and based on my rental preferences.

I was impressed with everything from the location, to the surrounding community, surrounding amenities, property amenities, the apartments most importantly the leasing agent.
