I arrived and was immediately impressed by the grounds and the show apartment. However, after doing a further inspection beyond the normal show and tell I found the construction to be poor quality. A brief survey of tenants found that 9 out of 10 do not recommend the place. And 10 out of 10 would not choose to live here again. Biggest complaints were bugs, noise, and high cost.

Bad sound proofing
Started living here a few months ago and really regret it the noise is unbearable I can hear every footstep from the apt above and it is not because they are loud it is because of poor construction and sound proofing do not live here mount vernon flats is not worth the money they charge a lot for an inferior apt

It is bad apartment and very expensive with a lot of hidden fees do not live here
Be prepared to pay
Super expensive rent plus hidden monthly fees plus poor quality HVAC plus poor insulation plus leaky fixtures means you will pay a lot to live here
Terrible
This place is awful. You hear literally every footstep from the people who live above in fact I can hear the people two floors above yes it's that bad. This place is nice on the outside but garbage will always start to rot after awhile and you will regret living here don't let the lady at the office deceive you like she deceived me!!! Thus place is terrible!!!!

Don't do it
Poor quality apartments. Super expensive for what you get with a lot of hidden fees. Extremely bad insulation as well
Not the place to be
It's got extremely bad value for what you pay. Don't be fooled by the nice finishing. The place is basically a pig with lip stick on it

Don't go for it. Place is overpriced. The renovations are basically just like putting lipstick on a pig.

it's ok, but don't expect them to follow thru on most things, except collecting the money.
