Unpleasant. I hear my upstairs neighbors constantly, the apartment is not insulated well and is drafty, and there are bugs! I have had the exterminator at my apartment 8 times and I have only been her for 4 months.

It is great with the exception being when students from the art institue or AIU use the place as a dorm. Keep them away, we pay too much to live around people who do not respect the property.

The apartments are not any newer than when I moved in but prices have gone up $300/month and maintenance is only fair.
Nice place but not worth the $$.

I fell in love with apartment and if I was looking for place it would definitely be on my top five. Jill did an excellent job. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was nice and caring. She shared her personal experience in order to make me feel better about my move. She told me some things that were not so positive, yet I did not feel like I would not want to live there. Jill did a great job selling the management, neighborhood, property, apartments and the upgrades they offered.
