This is an average property for the price.

My Husband and I moved in here almost a year ago, being newly married and recent college grads, this was the best bang for our buck. Living here was alright at first, we understand that there will be noise, trust me, four years of college dorming teaches you that first hand. Our neighbors above us vaccum 2-3 times a day, sometimes 10 or 11:00 at night. Right aruond 9:30 pm we like to say they have "couch throwing competitions", we almost thought it was a domestic violence case for a bit, it did not sound good. Then, they also have a baby, it's fine, we hear him running around ALL the time but waking up at 3:30 am, on a weekday, almost everyday isn't the sleep we thought we would get.
On top of crying baby and couch throwers, our neighbor who shares a wall with us has a barking dog that does not stop. We are almost tempted to report it to someone becuase a dog should not be barking from 9:00pm - 6:30am and throughout the afternoon.

Besides that, the staff is friendly. We cant wait until our lease is up!

The community was nice and well maintained. I would definitely live at this community and recommend it to others.

The management of the community seemed to have a vested interest in one living in the community. The rental rates of this community are very affordable and the value for the money is exceptional. The leasing consultants were professional and the sales technique was above average.

The property was nicely placed by a surrounding golf course. The model apartments were nicely decorated and clean. The property is well maintained and I would consider living in the community.

The community was well maintained and attractive. The layout of the apartments were appealing, with the breakfast bars that opened the kitchen on to the living area. The amenities offered by the community were varied and added to the overall perceived value.

I would be very happy to live there. I really liked the fact that the community had many amenities. Also, it was nice to hear that there was concrete between the floors to quiet the sound. The only thing I was turned off by was the very messy patio near the front door that we went in, and the paint was chipping outside the entry door.

The agent had excellent social intelligence skills. She was warm, friendly and outgoing. She was focused and professional. She was genuine in her desire to help me find a new home. She did a great job of touring and explaining the renovations.

I would definitely recommend the location to friends and family. The community was nice and the customer service was great. I enjoyed my visit.

Amenities offered are fantastic but the apartments need a little updating.

The upkeep of the community was flawless. The landscaping and common areas were clean, and well maintained.

This appears to be a well-maintained community with good pricing. Having a golf-course location is really a plus.
