Not worth the money. Just as expensive as the city, but much less convenient

I love it here. Whenever someone I meet asks me where I live and how I like it, The Emerson gets (to use a British term) full marks.

I’ll recommend this apartment community because it has the key elements for health and convenient living

Good location and amenities for non pet owners. Would not recommend to dog owners.

The elevators have been a nightmare, the train noise is sometimes rough.

Convenient location and new apartments

I love living here, but I know no one else I know could afford to live here so I would not recommend it to them.

I would highly recommend the apartments because of the location, the security, and functionality of the complex. I feel one of the biggest selling points is our Concierge, Eugene. He doesn’t amazing job.

"Would" convenience
"Would not" very noisy when the train runs past, especially at the mid-night.

Great location, great for our age group in retirement.

Only reason I wouldn't recommend would be because it is expensive.

The walls are thin, neighbors are dirty and loud with no concern for noise, garbage shut is never cleaned, elevator is filthy, I can't barely sleep in my bedroom because my neighbors play loud music with thumping and base all day and night, the hallways and elevator smells like pot and marijuana at 2am when I leave for work, there are like 4 people living in a studio on my hallway. Also, it's really hard to find a parking space that's not on the roof!
