The community location was prime! A car would not be needed as a resident there. The layout was nice. The décor was amazing, and the amenities were great.

A lot of problems with appliances, elevators. It is not clean. Security is developing however still not enough to feel safe completely. I got lack of support in terms of finding sub leaser (I wanted to move our before my lease ends due to the problems I experienced). Facility manager said he would help however I didn't get anything from him for months.

I would definitely recommend the Emerson to others. Its location and modern setting is ideal for young professionals and families who're looking to enjoy the comforts of city living with suburban benefits.

I would recommend for the beauty, the location and the staff. It’s a solid building with some great character.
Unfortunately there is one thing I really dislike about living here. It’s the parking garage. The two way ramps are dangerous and people are zooming around all the time and it’s so easy to get into an accident. This is the worst garage I’ve ever had to use. Plus the spaces are so tight. So many times I’ve had to squeeze into my car because someone parks too close to me. I literally hate this garage. They should have built a level underground for residents and heated it. It’s a big miss.

The experience was nice and I felt like I really did want to live at the community. I wish I would have gotten a last name or some information to take with me. She did give me marketing information however a brochure and card would always be nice.

The community was brand new and well maintained. It was very impressive and a place that I would love to call home. It was impressive visually and physically and displayed an environment of comfort and high quality. The leasing professional did a great job during the tour and was very friendly and personable.

the community is great (especially Eugene! he makes everyone and anyone feel welcome and important) also, the residents are generally nice! The public spaces are well maintained and are very pleasant to be in!

The staff was professional, polite and focused.

Walls are thin. The dog directly above me barks all day. I'm not home all day which is good but when I am home, it barks.

The place is clean and new and in a great location.
