I definitely would not rent here nor would I recommend to others. The leasing agent did nothing to provide me with excellent customer service. She expected me to rent an apartment sight unseen and thought it strange when I objected.

The property was in a very convenient location. It was 12 years old but in very nice condition. There were multiple buildings, each three stories high. There was ample outdoor parking at no additional cost and car ports available for a small fee. The apartments were well designed and spacious. They were located in a serene, wooded area, which was quite lovely and welcoming.

I was quite pleased to see all that the apartment community had to offer as the leasing agent had not given me a description during the phone conversation. I was especially impressed with the tidy club room, well appointed landscaping, and blooming flowers throughout the community. The leasing agent really did his best to accommodate my preferred move-in date. He did point out that the apartment did not come with a microwave which I had not noticed until he told me. I liked his openness and transparency.

The staff was very nice and personable. The property was very well kept and quiet. I was not crazy about the area. The community had basic amenities, but nothing elaborate or noteworthy. I was not comfortable with the first floor and I found the apartment size small, even though it had high ceilings.

This community truly offers something special. Ideal for the traveling professional, this particular property is situated minutes from the highway but maintains a very private, quiet community away from the hustle and bustle. This unique property is designed with open concept communal hallways that give the entrance to your apartment a homey feel. Each apartment has an elegant and cozy design with high quality appliances and beautiful blonde cabinetry. In addition to its impressive living quarters, this community has a remarkable clubhouse, fitness center, and pool. If you are seeking luxury and convenience, then this is the community for you.

Some of the appliances in the apartment were a little dated and just not what I was looking for. I would be interested in a kitchen that offered more counter space and a built in microwave. As far as the associate who gave me a tour, she was very professional and informative.

The agent did explain the main points of the apartment and the amenities. He toured the grounds with me before showing me an apartment. He talked positively about what the apartment had to offer and how much the rent was. He asked if I had any questions. My objection was handled with a perfect solution in seeing another apartment. He was very friendly and seemed willing to help.

Convenient with a great commute to work

My impression of the staff was that they are devoted to making the community a great place to live. They go above and beyond their normal duties.

I was charmed by the woodland location of the community; it definitely made one feel that one was far from the noise and pollution of the city. The buildings were well-maintained, and I liked the fact that they had only three floors each. The amenities of the community include a fitness center a small business center and a clubhouse which is open during the day and can be rented for events. Of course the pool was covered with snow, but the pool area looked to be quite large. I was very impressed by the size of the living/dining room area in the apartment I viewed; even the closets and bathrooms were more than ample in size. This community has a great deal to offer an apartment dweller. I, for one, think I could be quite content to live there.

This property was amazing, clean, well maintained and appealing. I did feel like this was a great price for so many amenities. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a higher end community to move to.

The upkeep of the property that I saw was very nice. I was not shown or told about any amenities so would have to comment that living here might not be what I would expect in a community. The leasing process was disjointed and disconnected, although the leasing professional was personable and upbeat. The leasing professional was just a little too casual with her vocabulary and somewhat vague in many of the responses to my questions.

The lawns are well maintained, and the apartment I was shown had spacious closets. The pool and fitness center make this a nice place to live, and it is located right off the highway. Rent charged is reasonable nothing extraordinary about the amenities similar to any other community in this price range.

I was very impressed with all the value that the community has to offer in terms of the amenity convenience and affordability. The grounds were well maintained and manicured. The leasing agent was very friendly and enthusiastic.
