UNFORTUNATELY THE UNIT 1308 WAS AN EXTREMELY POOR CHOICE ON MY PART AND WAS THE ONLY UNIT I WAS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW. I'VE REQUESTED A FIRST FLOOR TWO BEDROOM UNIT ON SE SIDE WITH SOME PRIVACY AND A LAYOUT SUITABLE FOR MY NEEDS. I'VE SPOKEN TO MANAGEMENT REGARDING MY DISSATISFACTION AND HOPE A SOLUTION IS FORTHCOMING. WE LEASE WILLL EXPIRE WITHIN THE NEXT SIX OR EIGHT MONTHS AND I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ASSISTANCE YOU CAN PROVIDE AT THE LOCAL AND CORPORATE LEVEL.

Deb is very nice and attentive. I am a bit disappointed in the gym and business area. I have asked if the busness center can we open after hours. The gym should have tv hooked up.

The complex is onvenient to route 495. The apartments are well constructed. The only poor quality I see are the window blinds. Maintenance and landscapers keep the outside property beautiful and clean. The residents are friendly and considerate. The Management is very tolerant of pets as long as you are responsibe. The Manager, Debbie, is always halpful and pleasant.

I have not lived here during the winter yet, but I have been told plowing and shovelling is done well.

It's a great place. The management (Debra especially) is trying hard to truly build a community and not just a nice place to live.

I was not wowed by the community, but it was clean and orderly, so it was okay. It was not different from others, but it did have fair prices.

I felt that the leasing professional was very good and knowledgeable at her job. I felt very comfortable, and she was very good at empathizing with my needs. She was personable in how she interacted with me during the presentation. I felt she could have showed me the fitness center a little more in depth instead of just pointing it out to me. I also feel that she should maybe do a little more demonstrating during the apartment tour and talk more about the utilities and property itself.

It was a nice community, which was very well kept. I did like that there were activities planned for the residents.

The leasing professional exhibited an extraordinary friendly, personable, and professional attitude. The amenities and rates were described clearly. She was knowledgeable of the property and everything it had to offer a future potential resident.
