The leasing professional was very nice. I think this community was one of the cleanest I have ever seen, which is a big plus. Also it seems to have the best recycling program I have ever seen. You can recycle on each floor, plus there was a cardboard recycling place outside. I like the garbage shoots too. How convenient. Also this place has the best color scheme of any
apartment building I have ever seen. Believe it or not, color makes a huge difference. The way the color purple was used was uplifting, bright and makes a modern building homey. There are too many apartment buildings that use beige, institution green and maroon, which could be so depressing no matter how clean a building is.

I thought the location was very appealing and the agent's presentation was interesting and enjoyable. The furnished apartment was a huge selling feature, as it was very tastefully furnished and demonstrated how spacious the apartment was.

My perception of this community is that it is well managed. I also perceive this community as being like living in a suburban setting only you really are in an urban setting. I perceive it as quiet, peaceful and safe.

The community has been updated nicely. For the price range of these apartments, I think they should be upgraded more. The bathrooms were plain and there was no table and chair area for the two bedroom apartment I saw. The only seating area for dining was at the kitchen counter for bar stools.

This is a nice community with lovely amenities, and the staff are gracious and welcoming.

I was impressed with the community. The leasing office was excellent. The amenities and one bedroom floor plan at this community is excellent. I would recommend this to family and friends looking for a future apartment.

The staff was professional and friendly. I love the decor and the idea to use a neutral gray color on the walls. All the apartments are enclosed, and that is a good security feature. They offer garages, but there are only eight for the entire property.

The leasing professional did an excellent job with me, both on the telephone and in person. I thought she did a much better than an average job of matching the apartments to my individual needs. In showing me the available and renovated two bedroom apartment, she gave herself an additional unit to sell to me. The persona that I had created was tempted to take that two bedroom apartment, even though it was more money. Although I was not given directions to the property, it was easy to find. I also thought that it had extremely attractive curb appeal. I also thought it was very clean and well maintained.

Although I used my GPS, it brought me to an entrance blocked by a emergency vehicle only gate. I made the agent aware of this. He said that he had been trying to get this resolved with Google. Overall, it is a very well maintained property with an attentive staff. The attention to detail in the renovation work is commendable. It is very tasteful.

It would have been nice to be offered a snack when I came in. I was offered water/coffee, but I would have appreciated more.

This community is conveniently located near the T and with easy access to Boston. The apartments are spacious and the newly renovated.

The community is nice and well maintained, but the rate was a bit high. I would not feel comfortable living here based on the presentation.
