It is a well maintained complex and the leasing agent was very nice.

The location and proximity to restaurants, shops, and subway are good as well as included parking. Since the buildings are newer, the cabinets, carpet, paint, etc are nice as well as the size of the apartments and features such as high ceilings and large windows. However, the walls (especially to hallway) seem very thin, appliances do not work well at times, and security seems to be an issue with people frequently propping secure doors open. As the office staff is new, it would be great if they would introduce themselves when we go into the office.

I was impressed with the property and the amenities. The staff was also helpful and very knowledgeable.

The community seems to be brand new, although the leasing agent said that it was several years old. I was very happy to see the updated apartments and community amenities. A crew was painting hallways when I was there.

I personally really liked the community and their apartment layouts. The leasing agent was very nice and professional as well. I will definitely remember this community, and it was well worth the money.

I liked the community and the way they had things set up, but I did not like the price for what you got. That is the only thing besides location I would have a problem with.

The professional was great in her presentation and tour of the community. The amenities all that I asked for and more. Everything I saw, the common area, the grounds, the buildings and the apartment home, was extremely clean.

It was a very nicely renovated community. I would look forward to the additional upgrades. The leasing agent seemed very proud to show off the community. He definitely appeared to enjoy working there. He was very accommodating, and I would lease from him.
