Again people who live here take advantage of
Parking. People have garages with an open spot in
Front of it. And use another spot, also people use open spots for work trucks that sit in a spot for months, not very fair to have to park over 100 yards away!!!!!

Thank you for voicing your concerns about parking here at the Highlands. We understand parking was tight here this winter due to the massive amounts of snow that fell. I feel this is a nice, safe, quiet community where the office staff and maintenance staff are very pleasant.
With all of the people moving in and out frequently the hallways could use touch ups on the paint every 6 months. I have lived in my building for a year and 1/2 and it has not been touched and it sure could use it.
