I would consider leasing in the community because it was in a great location. It also had twenty-four hour maintenance and many amenities, which made it seem very inviting.

The community itself was fine, as were the amenities. I did think that the pool would be great during the summer and the community grilling area just as much fun. The apartments, I thought, were outstanding: spacious, nicely appointed, and with very large closets. I also thought the quoted prices were something of a bargain.

To get to the property you had to drive past a fast food store and several commercial and office properties, but once you arrived you entered a heavily wooded enclave. The clubhouse was very cool with a nicely appointed gym, business center and community room which could be rented for private events. There was a pool centrally located within the community and grills scattered around the property. The buildings design fit in with the natural wooded area that surrounded you.

I would most likely rent an apartment at this location becuase I really liked the location and I really loved the apartments.

This community was very impressive and a place that I would be able to call home. The entire community was well kept, very easy to locate and very well maintained. I felt I received great information and an outstanding tour and explanation of how the community worked. The leasing professional told me about where everything was and what was around the community, concerning shopping, restaurants and other interests that I may like. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.
