The overall experience has changed in the last year. Pool area is not managed well and we have unruly neighbors. Garage doesn’t seem to be supervised. Windows are not washed until very late in summer.

Loud neighbors, next door and upstairs. Music, parties into early morning hours.
Residents could do a better job with dog waste and returning carts.

I believe with the cost of rent, this place should offer more. The challenge I would put out is "how can you make it feel worth the value when the amenity deck isn't usable for X months a year?" Where does the premium value come in from October-May? I'm not sure I feel it, but my wallet does.

I enjoy living here, but the cost is not for everyone.

Until this year the community has been quiet, safe, clean and orderly with great amenities.

This year however most of the aforementioned areas have take a 180 degree turn.

The only complaint I have is the garage is filthy. Understood that it is a challenge in winter, but aiya. All of that dirt gets dragged into the building.

Nordhaus is a beautiful building with great amenities, the leasing office/staff (except front desk staff) are fantastic and go the extra mile. So there's a lot to be said for living there.

If things were open, then I would for sure. I do think the price is a bit high, but it is a beautiful property in a fun location.

I would recommend Nordhaus, and neighboring buildings such as Odin to friends who are looking for a luxury high-rise experience. I would make sure to note that the hours of the amenity deck are quite limited, which I personally view as a detriment especially when we pay for the upkeep and use as an extension of the living space.
