Would: pet friendly, good layouts, quiet units/neighbors, nice views. Would not: train is loud and audible at night through closed windows, no way to get out of -1 garage via stairs because they lock the first floor door, elevators can be frustratingly slow if someone is moving in on weekend, dog spaces not well thought out(eg, gravel smells like a litter box).

For the workout area the only thing I don’t like is there’s not a squat rack/bench rack. If that were placed in one of the rooms it would be perfect. I also don’t like that they change the pet laws and amenity deck times after I sign my lease. A big part of why I came here was for my dog and to have her not be able to go on the amenity deck was not appreciated. Also having them re do Amenity deck times after expecting it to be open later was not cool.

I would recommend this community to young professionals that are looking for a welcoming environment that is secure, and accommodating

I would never recommend anybody moving here (at least to the mid-rise building) for only one reason: Noise complaints. This is why Im moving out.

Noise of construction next door, lackmof care and respect for very nice common areas by some residents

Can't think of a single friend I dislike enough to recommend this place to when there are countless other options to choose from. Literally just talked to a friend the other day and told him what a mistake I made choosing this place over 365 Nicollet.

I would recommend the building for the units themselves, but it definitely sways to a party crowd which is odd.

FIX THE PARKING. START TOWING PEOPLE. I love living here and I would recommend it because of the great views and amenities. JUST PLEASE START TOWING PEOPLE.

Parking availability, seems like a lot of the tenants complain about the dogs even though it is a dog friendly building. I think the walking garden on the 3rd floor is a waste of space.

The pricing for the units are a little high and the building is starting to wear down. The cleaning of the hallways and other services have been lacking and a lot of the pillows and furniture are starting to look used and stained.

I already have recommended this place. Everyone loves it.

The building is beautiful, they try to foster community...both are big positives.

It’s a great community in the perfect location. Beautiful building facilities and views. Overall a fantastic place to call home
