Maintenance has been great. They are quick to respond and are very friendly and knowledgeable. One issue I noticed is taht sometimes packages do not get taken to the leasing office/clubhouse first, and are put on doorsteps. I am a bit concerned that pacakges may get lost or stolen. Otherwise, keep up the great work.

The premises are well kept. The maintenance supervisor is very nice and really makes sure problems are fixed.

Only complaint I have is the breezeway. Twice a week I personally sweep & clean the light fixtures from cobwebs, debris and dust.

This is a nice apartment community, with nice amenities. It is in a great neighborhood that is growing. The rental prices are reasonable.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Also - each time I have asked for service or maintenance - they have come immediately and handled the problem. I have been VERY impressed with this.

I would recommend because I get very good service. Anybody can make good apartments but it's the post-leasing service and maintenance that makes up for all the experience. So far, I've had a very positive experience from Chancery staff. Great work !! Keep it up
