The way that the garbage is handled needs to be revised. The facility for the garbage seems to be too small. Bags of garbage should not be on the ground because the opening for the dumpster is full. The temperature is rising and the problems with the garbage needs to be addressed to decrease the odors and the terrible appearance of the area around the garbage facility. A fence around the opening may hide the overflow of the garbage. However, the dumpster facility needs to be redesigned to handle the garbage for all of the residents. The chute/opening needs to be wider. Trash should be picked up seven days instead of skipping the weekends. The overflow of garbage is unhealthy and unsanitary.

I have and will continue to recommend the property, based on the proximity to the Cisco Campus and amenities; however, with the new Sheetz station going in across the street, several new housing options (rental and purchase) being constructed and the new shopping center, the area is becoming congested.

Our issues are well known with the office staff and manager, and are the driving force behind the early termination of our lease.

Because they raise the rent every year to loyal tenants, and then offer the apartment at a much lower rate to new applicants without updating or upgrading residents amenities for those that pay higher rent

Chancery is the best community in the area. No one offers the finishes or square footage they do.

The community was well kept and maintained. The office atmosphere was warm and inviting. They even offered fresh baked cookies. The apartment was very appealing and a spacious layout.

The staff was very professional and nice. I could tell they took an interest in their residents. The apartment felt more like a home, which is the feeling that I am always looking for in an apartment.

I found this to be a pleasant community, in a well located area, with a very pleasant staff. The one thing that I found annoying this the practice of demanding that a tenant pay for a service outside of their rent, such as valet trash.
In this very competitive market, this property is sorely lacking in any kind of splash or wow factor. Even kicking up the planting could have a measurable impact. Also, closing off the entire pool area out of summer season, which includes two of the three propane grills was a real turn off.

This apartment community is a wonderful value because the apartments are luxurious and there are so many amenities available to the residents. There is rapt attention to detail, and they seem to have thought of everything to provide a luxurious, convenient and affordable way of life.

This was a nice community to visit, and the staff seemed pleasant.

I found the staff to be very professional. They made me feel welcomed. The community was beautiful. I would be proud to live there. Everything appeared to be well maintained.

The apartment community was in a nice quiet area and the grounds and apartments were well maintained.

The community is a newer property and very well maintained. The pool area has gas grills and large screen televisions at both ends. The kitchens have granite counter tops, tile floors and GE stainless steel appliances.
