The leasing agent displayed excellent customer service skills. She was on point and knew her community and was familiar with the surrounding area.

The associate engaged me immediately upon my arrival, making me feel welcome. He asked me good questions to find out what my needs were. With all of the amenities shown to me, I felt left out not living in this community. I felt I was offered a great deal on a superb apartment home. He created urgency and got me excited about my new home. I would recommend this community and the leasing agent based on my visit because of the excitement he built in basing the community and amenities on my needs and showcasing them in a presentation that was flawless.

The community was unique with its design on the exterior and the interior. The floor plan made great use of the space and was more like a home. I would love to move right in.

I enjoyed my tour of this community. It was very clean and well maintained. The amenities are a plus that are included in the rent. I would definitely recommend moving here to my friends and family.

The the gym was really nice, and the business center seemed appropriate. However, the pool was too small. The extra lobby was fantastic, but the apartment seemed a little small for the price. Other than that, the presentation, sales pitch, and agent were outstanding.

This community is absolutely gorgeous! The leasing agents were kind, professional and very helpful. The security is notable, and the features available to the residents and any guest is like being away from home. I was very pleased with what I was shown.

I was truly pleased with Jennifer's performance. She did a great job. The apartments were not nearly as impressive as the outside community amenities (pool, fire pits, gas grills, etc). This resulted me in thinking twice about rent there. The leasing agent attempted to relate to my needs by asking what furniture I had and then giving examples of how I could lay out the apartment with the different pieces of furniture. She also spoke many times on how other residents are there that work from home and / or travel a lot for work relating to my needs as a work from home professional.

I had an amazing experience at Gramercy Square! They really strive to provide the latest upgrades for the residents for a great price. I truly felt that the monthly rent was too low for the luxury provided. A great place to live! Truly friendly and enthusiastic staff

Where do I even begin. First let me start with the biggest draw when I first rented. I didn't mind paying a little more because of the hotel style buildings that made you have to be buzzed in by someone. Well after the first year, the door was consistently not working at least once a week for 4 months. It created a huge inconvience. . So finally they change it to a system that takes 8 seconds to lock back. 8 seconds for someone that is following you to enter the building. The staff use to be friendly but if you make a complaint they change their attitude towards you. There consistently are people moving out due to the fact they go up on you a huge amount when your lease is up. I would advise anyone to keep looking if you are considering this complex.
