Professional, and courtesy staff. Clean buildings, internal and external including well manicured landscape.

Good place to live.

Overall, Gramercy has some miafixtures. The apartments are uniquely designed and have character. However, the ceilings, walls and floors are horrible. I can hear every footstep my neighbor above me makes. I know when he wakes in the morning and urinates 1st thing in the morning. Waking me from sleep. The halls carpeting is horrible and on the 3rd floor in Bldg 1 - floor boards are missing under the carpet and sink in the floor. I'm sure many people have tripped or loss their footing.

It would be nice to have park benches at the dog park. The street and parking lot should be repaved because there are a lot of pot holes. Cars should not park so close the round about they block traffic and it is sometimes hard to go around them.

Hallways and common areas are extremely well maintained & clean. Leasing office management and staff are friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Great follow-up when appropriate. Love online rent payments & maintenance requests.

Cable service is inadequate - during my tenure as a tenant the available channels and program selection have decreased considerably. Business counter has antiquated equipment and lacks currently popular software (Microsoft Office). Printer, scanner, copier, fax machine cannot scan because the old computers are not compatible.

The community could be greatly improved if continued notice be made to residents with pets re; barking. As well, heavy walking, in that the ceilings are very thin, water by tenants below have to been with noise. Overall, considerations should be made for non-smoking residents without pets. Hallways carpeting should be cleaned more often for traffic & move-ins-move-outs.

Best company I have rented from, attentive, friendly, and unobtrusive. Got an email from office just to ask how we were doing after not hearing from us after move in. Didn't dodge questions about costs & expenses like other apts. did. Only issue is not allowed to pay separately online, one person has to pay whole rent which is frustrating and puts a huge burden on one roommate.

Every aspect of this community is amazing, from the staff to the amenities. The only recommendation I could make would be to add recycle bins or area near the mailboxes so we may have an easier way to recycle unwanted junk mail. It could be "on boarded" by setting a "recycling goal" competition among buildings. Also, find a way to make the elevators faster. I can't recall a time I've been in elevators as slow as these.

The property manager at this site is fabulous. However, there are two leasing associates that are not very friendly or helpful. Brittany has gotten better with customer service but still seems to need more training.

The trash collection service should either offer recycling service as well OR be optional.

Overall the community was nice, but could use some small upgrades. Based on the outside I would expect at least granite counters. The staff was exceptional. I was very impressed with their knowledge and skill.

I was impressed with the company website and quality of material right from the start. I actually said out loud, "Wow, this is a nice place!" There was clearly great attention to detail by the staff, because of how clean and neat everything was. I did not know such a quaint property existed in the area and I was glad I visited. It truly did seem like a resort-type of place. To call it home everyday would be wonderful. It was truly impressive and stood out from the rest, because of the unique building type and nicely maintained grounds.

This is the best place I have ever lived! The staff and maintenance is the best I have ever experienced. I call in a request, and it's done that day. They keep the grounds and interiors as clean as they can.

The experience from the original meeting with Brittany at the residential office to present day has been great. The amenities are fantastic. The occasional free food is a fantastic perk.
