We very much love living here! The apartments are very space and have wonderful, special touches such as crown molding, built in bookshelves/display shelves, large windows. We appreciate the opportunity to have our own, attached garage. The maintenance staff is responsive, trustworthy and friendly. When we needed, for financial reasons, to move out of our awesome 2 bedroom apartment here at Promenade Park, our Community Manager (Melody) went out of her way to work with us and find us our lovely 1 bedroom here. The entire office staff is friendly and always helpful. We looked around a lot before we moved to Promenade Park and we are extremely happy we chose to live here.

I have enjoy living in Promenade Park. It is well maintained, the office staff is great and all of my maintenance requests have to taken cake of in a timely manner.

I would recommend overall. The community is nice, family friendly, and quiet. They maintain the grounds regularly, and generally respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. The apartments are also very appealing, and offer unique and inviting features with their floor plans.

I did recommended the facilities and a few friends rented here but we notice there is discrimination and racist actions against a few of us from administration. Not going to recommend anymore

I have recommended this community and 1 friend and 1 relative have already moved here.

I would recommend PP if only the "bug" situation were to improve. Have talked to other residents who said they have the same experience but have not reported it because they didn't want to bother management or where afraid the insect spray may harm their pet.

I can no longer recommend to others as kids can no longer ride bikes. A lot of people would be interested for the location and schools, however they would not even consider as kids are not allowed to bike and play freely.

The apartments are BEAUTIFUL, but I would NOT recommend for two reasons: 1.) the office personnel (except LaTasha when she fills in, and I have not interacted much with the new staffer), and 2.) the ROACH problem. I am one of the fortunate tenants who only deals with removing dead roaches from my foyer and balcony (I’ve only seen two actually crawling in my living area in my time here), but I hesitate to have people over because I don’t want to either find one in my space with guests here, or have to remove a dead one while walking guests out. This is too beautiful a space and complex to have such a horrendous problem with roaches.

The office personnel "forgot" to contact us after we had booked the club house for OUR WEDDING and they decided to renovate during the time we had booked. Plans had to be cancelled, money was lost, and then we get an email saying they can now push back the renovation AFTER all the cancellations.
