Price point is too high. The community has grown too fast and the communities features - pool, fitness room, community activities - have not been able to keep up with the fast growth pattern. I am very disappointed that the amount of amenities has significantly diminished since I moved in.

Great place to live, convenient to uptown and the highway, great amenities. Downsides would be concern that once the new portion of the community is complete the amenities will be overcrowded and difficult to use.

Would not due to the cost/benefit. The ammenities are nice, but not quite resort quality as advertised. To justify the cost, and the tag-line, daily events should be held.
