The unit itself is great, but the complex is not managed effectively. Perhaps it is fine for tenants fresh out of college who miss a frat house atmosphere, but it is a poor fit for us.

See dissatisfaction about promises made and never kept for amenities. Without amenities this apt complex is not notably better than the others surrounding and will get overcrowded and worse with more people

I'm recommending it to everyone all the time. The 10'ceilings, stainless steel appliances, demonstration kitchen, pool with grill, TVs, and bonfires, yoga.

A lot of the amenities only lasted several weeks and for that reason would not reccomend it to anyone.

Round the clock security has been very good for the community. The people that reside here are mostly all friendly and good people, the amenities are great and the staff as well.

I would warn them that prices are high, but that I enjoy living here very much. My advice would be to look around at other places and compare amenities for the price you are paying.
