The leasing professional was average, no complaints. The apartment was large for the area and the price point. The amenities were pretty standard. This was a solid above average community.

The property was amazing because of the variety of homes. There was something for everyone. The layout of the model was good, and it made the apartment feel spacious.

The apartment was located conveniently close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants which was a bonus for me. I loved that it had a playground, and outside grills for grilling out. I was first struck by the amazing and appealing landscaping. From the start it felt like home the way the leasing office was furnished outside with the address and the rocking chairs. It was really a nice touch even down to the monument sign! I could tell the property itself is greatly cared for. I loved all of the amenities. The list was endless from the pool to the mountain bikes and the gym and the libraries! It seemed like a close-knit community.

My experience was wonderful. I felt welcomed and friendly vibes. The weight room and business room was my favorite with very nice interesting people I met. The tour was fabulous and thrilling. I was amazed how clean and quiet it was the whole visit.

The location was prime real estate. The community was clean and free of garbage.
