This community was located in an established area northwest of Raleigh. The single family homes in the area were beautiful. The apartments were exceptional in design and layout. The landscaping was lovely, especially the older trees. There were so many amenities that anyone living in this community could have a rich and full life. I especially liked the theater. I noted how quiet the community was, making it hard to believe that its location is so close to the mall. I found the staff both friendly and competent. It is an impressive community.

I thought the community was beautiful. I came home telling my son about how awesome the community was. I actually gave some information to my coworker to look into getting a place there. I thought she would love it. I love all the amenities they offer and how convenient it is to the mall and the highways.

The property was very beautiful. The amenities made the property very appealing. The leasing agent did a great job of presenting the property to me. The staff were very knowledgeable.

I enjoyed the apartment and if I was going to look for an apartment I would consider this apartment.

If my rent had'.t increased 4 times in 4 years, I would not be moving in 2014. That they were bought out by a big conglomerate and the rent started to be increased YEARLY.

The apartment complex was in a nice neighborhood. The grounds and the office building appeared to be in good shape. The apartment complex had some nice restaurants around it and was close to the highways and shopping stores.

We have been here for almost a year.  We love the large closets, the laundry room with W/D included, ample parking and friendly staff.  The main negative is the lease renewal rate.  It fluctuates with what the current market rate is trending and our rent went up more than 10% (something not used up North).  I don't like that new residents are offered a much lower monthly rent - just be prepared for the renewal rate..... Yikes!  Overall, we are very happy with are apartment home.  Hopefully the appliances will be upgraded to black and also an upgrade to the kitchen and bathroom flooring.  The small clubhouse is not accessible 24hrs..... They should rethink this.  The maintenance staff is amazing!!!   I hope to call this HOME for a few more years.

I was amazed at what the community offered. The amenities rank over most other places I have seen. The location offered so much that was easy to get to, and the layout of the floor plan was different also. It seemed more home like to me. The staff were great and professional, with a personable attitude.

The leasing agent remained positive and professional during the entire time. She made a point to ask me quite a bit of questions and really get into the value of her property. Based on my needs over the telephone, she determined what kind of unit we needed to see. I would have leased this unit here with her. The real value here is for this property is in the amenities.

The only complaint I have is the speed bumps. It doesn't matter how slow I go, I still bounce around. Also, my friend inched over it after I had warned her about the height, and it still broke her radio in the car

The leasing professional gave me a great tour and it was a wonderful community.

Being a smaller community it had a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of room between neighbors. In many ways the leasing office and clubhouse were very similar to others I have seen from different management companies, as were the apartments. The kitchen appliances were supposed to be all black, but some had white tops or edges. Although there was an under counter microwave, it was a very small.

Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming. She really made me feel like part of the community!

It's a great place to live. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests.

The very first thing I would tell them is to be prepared for HUGE rent increases at every renewal time. There appears to be no motivation whatsoever to keep tenants from one lease to the next. I understand about the Fair Housing regs, but it still seems extremely unfair that a tenant who has been there for two years has to pay about $75 a month more than if they were signing a brand new lease for the same size apartment. This is effectively an extra month of rent. On the other hand, I would tell them that it is a really nice place to live if you can afford it. Beautiful grounds, lovely, large apartments. Lots of closets, clean, well-kept, safe. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and always quick to respond. I also appreciate the many dog stations spread around the property. I like that there are charitable campaigns (Toys for Tots, Backpack Buddies, etc.), I only have 2 tiny complaints as far as the apartments themselves. I wish the built-in desks had a convenient cable connection (I was told it did before I moved in, but it does not), and the washer/dryers are really hard on my clothes. The delicate cycle isn't really very delicate. I love living at Inman Park except at lease renewal time. 20% increase in rent in two years is outrageous, and that whole process leaves bad feelings.
