I would not recommend the property because the public areas are not as clean as they once were. At first, when there was a stain in the carpet, it was cleaned within a day - now it takes several days (and several phone calls or office visits).

I'm not sure seeing as I have no knowledge of the new management company (Greystar) and their plans for this apartment complex. Before the new management, I would've most definitely recommended staying at Prospect Towers.

Being one of the senior (in age and legth of renting, I am pleased with the overall living conditions. We survived the "crash" and life goes on. The gardening is quite professional, although there were problems last summer, when no one watered the plants. The first "line of renting" is the outside property, the lobby, and the halls.
