Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The apts are in a good location and nice for the area. I do not feel they have been as well kept since the new management take over

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would not recommend the hi-rise - - the noise is unacceptable. As for the hi-rise - I would certainly forewarn other potential tenants of the exorbitant PSEG cost to heat/cool the place - - an overall recommendation, again, I have to see what happens at lease renewal time.

I would recommend Prospect Towers to friends and family they are very well kept and the people here are very nice.

The building is great, rates are reasonable and people are friendly. I only HATE the fact that we only have carpet floors available and my allergies have never been worse.

Overpriced, poor quality, parking should be free for first car.

The location is convenient for people who commute to NYC and want to live in NJ. Washer/dryer in your apt.

It is a perfect living community!!!.

I would recommend this community because the apartments are very nice the amenities are good and the staff is great.

Would- gym is good, sufficient equipments, not a lot of people and it is always clean.
Would not - if you don't want to pay $200 electricity bill in the winter time, this building might not be a good fit to you. Also, even it has 162 express bus outside the building, morning commute to the city can be a pain. It usually takes about an hour get in to the city since the traffic in Lincoln Tunnel is pretty bad.

It seems to be a safe complex

The electric bill is so much higher than I expected, so therefore the cost of living here is actually bordering on exorbitant (considering that other states and municipalities include heat in the price of rent).
