I have been here 11 years and maintenance is horrible! Everything is old and they don't fix anything unless it is emergent. I deserve new carpet new cabinets a working dish washer and it has not been replaced after 11 years.

Heating and laundry prob need updating in my opinion. Heat failed many times on coldest nights and I was the reapirman, because I was shown how.

PARKING IS NONEXSISTANT AFTER 4pm, DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE, MAINTENENCE IS “if’y” depending on what it is, RENTAL INCREASES ARE RIDICULIOUS!!!
