some staff excellent, some rude. Maintenance for the 19 months I have been here recently has been disappointing. I even provided my own grab rail but it still took 14 months for someone to come install it. By that time, I gave the grab rail to my son!! I gave up. The older, heavy set man in maintenance who walks with a minor limp has been here for many years. He is great. Don't lose him! If you can get your office and maintenance staffing greatly improved this would be the best place around, for sure. It is the best "place," just hasn't had the best staff.

I would only recommend this community for families with an adult male family member present, not single women, given the maintenance situation mentioned above. If you had asked me two months ago, I would have said "very likely," but this current situation is very disturbing.
