I think it’s pretty expensive for the quality of some of the internal parts (see above), but it’s a gorgeous community and everyone seems pretty friendly.

Positive-large rooms, space. Negative-High prices and continuous water main breaks, very high garbage pick up charges(higher than houses nearby), Huge Urine smell when walking around, being told not to plant in ground, but have seen people do it anyway.

This has been a wonderful experience for us. A friendly neighborhood and a staff that is so friendly and tries so hard to meet my needs. Covid has been challenging but I think this neighborhood environment has risen to the occasion.

I think the rent is on the higher end for a rental. For the rental price the apartment should be modern and up to date and the units are not up to date and modern. The interior doors on each unit are dated. I would also let the person who asked for my opinion that the rent increase at renewal is significant along with other hidden fees.

Too many sloppy dogs and porches. Sloppy ground repairs. Sad to see, though I know they are trying. The weather is more severe now. Take that into consideration.
