I feel the community is a relatively "safe" community. I never feel apprehensive when I return to my apt after dark. I personally love having a community of dog walkers; I always have a chance to greet people and it's just a pleasant touch in a living arrangement where you may not be able to get to know your neighbor well. And, I love that there are mature trees and shrubbery around the complex. I've visited too many complexes that have no shrubbery around the bldgs and it looks terrible.

Price is high for the property. Upgrades are okay, but for this price point, would expect better insulated windows/doors, better sound barriers between apartments, plumbing to be improved (upstairs neighbor sink overflows into ours, bathtub clogs immediately after we clean it out).
Kitchen upgrades are good, and decent cabinet space. Good storage with ample closets. Large bedrooms are good. Bathroom upgrades are good.

i know you sent out emails about dogs but not happy with people letting dogs wander loose and alwhays looking down for poop. also not always happy with parking

Mine is a temporary housing. Having stated that factoid, I am delighted with the Willowyck living arrangements. The staff and maintenance crew have become friends as well as new friends. All of whom I shall miss when I return to my home.

Space is good, nice layout and finishes. Monthly fees for gas has been difficult to keep track of with rate influxes or back billing. Neighbors upstairs are very noisy and hear them constantly.

It's more expensive... rent went up almost 300 per month after first year... which is way more expensive.

Rent is never billed on time. The charges online are never inclusive of utilities and then I get emails asking for payment. I will gladly pay on time if I am charged on time.

The apartment is well kept, and the complex is very clean and well kept. It's also very close to everything. Again the office and maintenance folks have been exceptional.
